Personal data protection

Personal data are processed at the Klaipėda State Seaport Authority in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other legal acts.

 The appointed Data Protection Officer shall assist in ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, participate in all matters relating to the protection of personal data and provide advice on the protection of personal data.

 The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding unlawful processing of personal data.
