On 4 November 2009 the Seaport Authority, as one of the parties of the agreement, undersigned agreement on design works with Spanish company ARDANUY INGINERIA S. A. regarding preparation of the technical project “Construction of access road to the southern pier”. The agreement is sent to the contractor ARDANUY INGINERIA S. A. for undersigning.

Value of the agreement – 107 609,00 LTL incl. VAT.

Term of the agreement – 3 months as of undersigning of the agreement.
