Undersigned 4 agreements on arrangement of access roads to multimodal cargo terminals in the Southern part of the port

 

 

On 4 November 2009 an agreement on construction works at the object “Arrangement of access roads to multimodal cargo terminals in the Southern part of the port. Reconstruction  of Perkėlos street  (including road bridge over Klaipėda channel) from entrance to “Vakarų laivų gamykla“ to container terminal“ was undersigned between the Seaport Authority and UAB “Žemaitijos keliai“.

Value of the agreement – 7 348 056,32 LTL incl. VAT.

Term of the agreement – 13 months (395 calendar days).

 

On 4 November 2009 m. the Seaport Authority, as one of the parties of the agreement, undersigned a service agreement with UAB “Kelprojektas“ on supervision of a structure design implementation at the object “Arrangement of access roads to multimodal cargo terminals in the Southern part of the port. Reconstruction  of Perkėlos street  (including road bridge over Klaipėda channel) from entrance to “Vakarų laivų gamykla“ to container terminal“. The agreement is sent to the service provider UAB “Kelprojektas“ for undersigning.

Value of the agreement – 76 200,00 LTL incl. VAT.

Term of the agreement – 13 months (395 calendar days).

 

An agreement on services of technical supervision of construction of a structure: at the object “Arrangement of access roads to multimodal cargo terminals in the Southern part of the port. Reconstruction  of Perkėlos street  (including road bridge over Klaipėda channel) from entrance to “Vakarų laivų gamykla“ to container terminal“ was undersigned between the Seaport Authority and UAB “Kelvista“ on 3 November 2009.

Value of the agreement – 87 725,00 LTL incl. VAT.

Term of the agreement – 13 months (395 calendar days).

 

All three agreements will come into effect when a tripartite agreement on financing and administration of the object between the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, the Transport Investment Directorate  and the Seaport Authority is undersigned.

The Seaport Authority has submitted an application to the Transport Investment Directorate for support from the European Union Structural funds for the object “Arrangement of access roads to multimodal cargo terminals in the Southern part of the port. Reconstruction  of Perkėlos street  (including road bridge over Klaipėda channel) from entrance to “Vakarų laivų gamykla“ to container terminal“.

A service agreement undersigned 4 November 2009 by the Seaport Authority, as one of the parties of the agreement, with AB “VST“ regarding “Removal (repair) of power installations“, is also related to the construction of the aforementioned object. The agreement is sent to the service provider AB “VST“ for undersigning.

Value of the agreement – 78 915,00 LTL incl. VAT.

Term of the agreement – 60 calendar days as of undersigning of the agreement.
