The contract agreement on construction of the monument „Albatrosas“ was signed

On the 24th of May (Tuesday), 2011 the bipartite contract agreement on construction of the monument „Albatrosas“ was signed. SC „Latvijas tilti“ acting under the joint activity agreement with JSC „Deglas“ will construct the monument „Albatrosas“ for contractual price equal to 868 384,96 Lt. including VAT. The contract agreement shall be valid for the period of 4 months from the day it has been concluded.
Envelopes submitted to the simplified open procedure „Purchasing of construction works ofthe object „Monument to perished Lithuanian seamen and sunken ships“ were opened on the 10th of March 2011. Four tender bids were received. On the 13th of April 2011 a preliminary ranking of tenderswas produced.
The I place – SC „Latvijas tilti“ acting under the joint activity agreement with JSC “Deglas”, the price of the offer was 868 384,96 LtLt including VAT.
The II place – JSC “Hidrostatyba”, the price of the offer was 1 001 419,45 Lt including VAT.
The tender of JSC “Silutes polderiai” (the price of the offer was 911 126,02 Lt. including VAT) was rejected as not complying to the general qualification requirements of an open tendering procedure and the tender of the tenderer JSC “BGS” acting under the joint activity agreement with JSC “Elektrifikacijos paslaugos” (the price of the offer was 1 258 506,79 Lt. including VAT) was rejected as not complying to the requirements of an open tendering procedure.
The winner of the simplified open procedure was declared SC „Latvijas tilti“ acting under the joint activity agreement with JSC „Deglas“. The price of the offer was 868 384,96 Lt including VAT.
The bipartite contract agreement on the aforementioned object was signed on the 24th May, 2011.
The contract agreement shall be valid for the period of 4 months from the day it has been concluded.
