MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF KLAIPĖDA STATE SEAPORT

23 June 2006, at 10.00 a.m., meeting of the Development Board of Klaipėda State Seaport will be held at the Grand conference hall of the State Enterprise of Klaipeda State Seaport Authority (Janonio g. 24, Klaipėda)
Planned items of agenda:
1. Presentation of the first phase of the study on Klaipeda port dues and competitive capacity (oil and oil products).
2. Preparation of development schemes for traffic systems related to reconstruction of Baltijos thoroughfare and other adjacent streets. Development of the special territorial plan for reconstruction of traffic communications to the port’s multimodal terminals from Kalnupės Street to the southern boundary of the port territory by connecting to the direct entries from suburban routes beyond the limits of Klaipeda.
3. Issues related to the operation of open point switch equipment installed on the railroads on the port quays and options for solution of these problems through equipping the railroads with closed point switch equipment.
4. Presentation of the scheme for modification of the port’s main data transmission network.
5. Re amendment to Lithuanian Republic Government Resolution No. 63 “Re Coast Management of the Seacoast of the Republic of Lithuania” of 24 January 2005.
