International Cruise Conference ,,Communicating With Our Customers“

In May 9 2008, (on Friday) at 9 00 – 15 30 h in the XX floor conference hall of the hotel ,,KLAIPĖDA” (Naujoji Sodo g. 1, Klaipėda) there will take place international cruise conference „Communicating With Our Customers “.
Cruise Europe and SE KSSA (which is a member of the association since 2001) organize this conference.
International event including annual general assembly of the association CRUISE EUROPE and international cruise conference will last for three days, May 8-10 2008.
The goal of the international conference „Communicating With Our Customers“ is to enhance the image of Klaipėda port as a cruise port, inform international associations and organizations, cruise lines and representatives of international media about the possibilities of cruise shipping of Klaipėda port, acquaint with its infrastructure and services and get acquainted with the tendencies of world cruise shipping, possibilities of cruise operators and travel agencies in terms of effective cooperation and cruise business development in Klaipėda and other cities of Europe.
During the conference the representatives of cruise lines companies will present the potentials of cruise lines, and other reports will be made by the representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Lithuania, Port Authority, association CRUISE EUROPE and international media, and the representatives of enterprises and organizations connected with cruise business will share their knowledge in cruise business inducement.
WE KINDLY INVITE THE REPRESENTATIVES OF MEDIA TO A PRESS-CONFERENCE, which is foreseen in May 9 2008 (on Friday) at 15 30 – 16 00 h at the XX floor conference hall of hotel ,,KLAIPĖDA” (Naujoji Sodo g. 1, Klaipėda). Speakers of the conference will take part in the press-conference.
