8.      11.55 – 13.20 Lunch hour.

9.      13.20 – 13.35 Introduction speech (Dr. Kestutis Joksas).

10.    13.35 – 13.55 Estimation of environment (JICA Dr. Snowden).

11.    13.55 – 14.25  Analysis of coastal and hydrological conditions (JICA Mr. Onaka).

12.    14.25 – 14.45 Engineering analysis (JICA Mr. Nishimura)

13.    14.45 – 15.15 Questions, answers to the questions No. 10, 11 and 12.

14.    15.15 – 15.30 Generalization and closing of the seminar (representative of Klaipeda state seaport authority).
