February 19-20 (Friday) 2004 a delegation from Lithuania with Arvydas Vaitkus (the secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Lithuania) at the head, that consisted of 25 representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Klaipeda State Seaport Authority, stevedoring companies and forwarding companies went on business mission to Minsk (Byelorussia).
