Annual BPO Assembly General and a BPO Conference; the Ceremony of a Container Terminal Opening at Bremerhafen

On September 10-13, 2008, in Luebeck (Germany), an annual Baltic Ports Organization‘s (BPO) assembly general and a conference will take place while in Bremerhafen (Germany), a new container terminal will be opened. The Director General Sigitas Dobilinskas and the Infrastructure Director Algirdas Kamarauskas of the SE Klaipėda State Seaport Authority will participate in both of these events.
On September 11, 2008 (Thursday), during the annual BPO assembly general, the organization‘s activities, its plans and future opportunities will be discussed. While at the „New in Seaports: Cargo handling, Effective Use of Terminals, Communication by Land, Climate Change“ conference, state representatives, politicians, scientists, and transport sector‘s reps will speak.

On September 12 (Friday) the official opening ceremony of the new Bremerhafen port‘s container terminal will take place.
