A visit of Polish journalists

                      By the initiative of Wieslaw Wierzcha, the Honourable Consul of Lithuania in Szczecin, there came five Polish journalists to Lithuania – Wlodzimierz Abkowicz (correspondent from dailies „Swiat Biznesu“ and „Kurier Szczecinski“), Piotr Jasina (correspondent from daily “Glos Szczecinski“), Marius Rabenda (correspondent from daily„Gazeta Wyboreza w Szczecinie“), Magdalena Szczepkowska (correspondent from daily„Kurier Szczecinski“)  Piotr Tolko („Polskie Radio Szczecin“ correspondent) in October 2-5. Together with journalists a visit will pay to Klaipeda port the Honourable Consul of Lithuania in Szczecin Wieslaw Wierzcha in October 4 2007 and the representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania will accompany the guests.

                      The aim of journalists is – to get acquainted more closely with the possibilities of several Lithuanian cities including Klaipeda and to establish cooperation relations in the fields of economics, science, culture and tourism.

                      It is foreseen to present the possibilities of Klaipeda port and its perspectives and after the presentation we are going to visit a port by a ship.
