Under-keel clearance system will be presented at Klaipėda State Seaport Authority

In November 24 2008 (on Monday) at 2 p. m. in the conference hall of SE Klaipėda State Seaport Authority (J. Janonio str. 24) the presentation of under-keel clearance system will be made. Duration of the event – is about 2 h.
Chief Engineer of Australian company „OMC International“, Capt. Laurence Benn will make the presentation. The unique DUCK (Dynamic Under Keel Clearance) system is being operated for 15 years and it significantly improved safety and efficiency of the ports accommodating big vessels. Presently 19 ports have developed DUKC system.
