We inform that in November 21 2008 (on Friday) at 11.00 a.m. in SE Klaipėda State Seaport Authority conference hall (J. Janonio str. 24) there will take place the meeting of Klaipėda State Seaport Development Board.
The representatives of media are kindly invited to a press-relief which is planned on the 21st of November (on Friday) at 14 00 – 14 30 h in the small conference hall of the port authority.
Representatives of media will have possibility to get acquainted with the questions discussed at Klaipėda State Seaport Development Board:
1. Concerning the impact of the global economic crisis on transport and the volumes of transportations via Klaipėda port.
2. Information about the implementation steps of the projects of Klaipėda public logistics centre, deep-water port and Sventoji port.
3. Concerning cargo handling perspectives of LKAB „Klaipėdos Smeltė“.
4. Concerning authorizations for railway infrastructure management in the field of traffic safety.
5. Concerning financing of social servicing of seafarers.
6. Other matters:
· Concerning the preparation of feasibility study for loading and storage of big weight non-standard cargo in Klaipėda port.
· Information about MARNIS Project.
· Concerning the financing of detailed plan of quarter of „Smelte“.
