Director general of Klaipėda State Seaport Authority Sigitas Dobilinskas is participating in a seminar Public Private Partnerships in Port, held in Antwerp (Belgium) under the auspices of /organized by Institute of Transport and Maritime Management Antwerp on 16-19 of November, 2004.

Subjects considered during the meeting are as follows: modification of business related to port activity in Europe in the latest decades, influence of competition and technological factors upon navigation and logistics industry and the way it affects governments and ports of Europe.
