Review of Cargo Handling in Klaipeda Seaport, at Butinges Terminal and other Eastern Coast Baltic Seaports in January – June of 2015

Within the period of January – June of 2015 Klaipeda Seaport cargo handling turnover increased by 6,2 pct. to  18,86 mln tn, i.e.  more by 1,1 mln tn comparing with the corresponding period of 2014.

Year-on-year changes of overall turnover  in January – June of 2015 according to cargo types:

Liquid cargo – 5 209,0  thou tn were handled, +40,9 pct. or +1 1511,8 thou. tn yoy;

General cargo – 5 616,2 thou. tn were handled, -1,4 pct. or -78,2 thou. tn yoy;

Dry and bulk cargo – 8 031,1 thou. tn were handled, -4,0 pct. or  -334,0 thou. tn yoy
