Cargo handling increased by 4,6 pct. in November

The aggregated throughput of Klaipėda Port and in Būtingės terminal in November of 2012 totalled 3,94 mln. tn of seaborne cargo, i.e. more by 4,6 pct. or by 174,0 thou. tn if to compare with the corresponding period of 2011. The cargo handling turnover in Klaipėda Port in November of 2012 reached 3,04 mln. tn (+2,6 pct. or +77,7 thou. tn year-on-year), meanwhile 896,3 thou. tn of crude oil (+12,0 pct. or +96,3 thou. tn) were exported via Butingės terminal in November of the current year.
