December 2^nd 2003 in the secretariat of the TranSyberia Carriage Coordinating Board (Moscow, Russia), the member of which is Klaipeda Stevedoring Company (KLASCO) there was a meeting concerning the organizational possibilities of a container train “Kaliningrad-Klaipeda-Moscow” where the decision was taken that on the initial stage of the shuttle container train organization project, the project coordinator will be the Russian enterprise „Transibirskij intermodalnij servis“, that should coordinate the main technological and commercial organizational matters of the shuttle container train in a month.
