ISPS Code should not become a tool of the competition of the Baltic ports

December 3^rd – 4^th 2003 Sigitas Dobilinskas, Director General of Klaipeda state seaport authority in the international transport conference “Logistics and Transport in the International Trade” that took place in Tallinn has read a paper on Safety in the Baltic Ports where he has emphasized that security in the Baltic ports should not become a tool of the competition as well as the ports must cooperate in securing that the entire Baltic region would be safe for clients.
