With reference to Klaipeda sea port shipping rules (may be found in “Valstybes zinios” No. 113-5086), approved by the order No. 3-599 of the Minister of Transport and Communications on the 3^rd of November, 2003, decree No. 77.10 it is forbidden to: swim, fish, sail with rowing-boats.
