June 11, 2004 an additional clause to contract agreement of September 24, 2003 was signed concerning port entrance dredging works up to 13 m between SE Klaipėda State Seaport Authority and SC “Klaipedos hidrotechnika” together with RAB “PRCIP Dragmor”, operating on the basis of joint venture agreement.
