Exercises on Rescue of People on Ice were executed on the Curonian Lagoon

In March 24, 2005 SE Klaipeda State Seaport Authority organized exercises of People Search and Rescue of Lithuanian Republic “Salvage of People on Ice”.

These exercises were organized in order to get prepared duly for search and rescues of people under emergency situation on ice and increase the efficiency of cooperation with the other special services in rescues works.

Port Supervision and Rescues Service of SE Klaipeda State Seaport Authority, State Border Guard under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Coast Guard District, Klaipeda Fire fighting Service participated in the Exercises.
