Polish Media Representatives Visit at Klaipeda Port

On 15 October 2008 a visit of the delegation of Polish media representatives will take place at the Klaipeda port. The aim of the visit is to learn about the operations and activities, infrastructure, development prospects and logistics of Klaipeda port.
On 15 October 2008 the delegation of Polish media representatives will visit at the office of the State Enterprise Klaipeda State Seaport Authority (J. Janonio g. 24). The visitors will be received by Director for Marketing Artūras Drungila, who will familiarise the guests with the operations, opportunities, capacities and development prospects of the Klaipeda port and discuss current issues.
After the meeting at the Port Authority, the delegation members will visit Klaipeda Free Economic Zone (Pramonės g. 8). Eimantas Kiudulas, General Director of Klaipeda FEZ Management Company, will present to the visitors the activities, operations and prospects for development of industrial and logistics business at the free economic zone.
A sightseeing tour of the port by ship will be organised for the guests during the visit in Klaipeda. Members of the delegation will be given opportunity to get visual information on the Port Authority plans regarding improvement of infrastructure, the port development prospects and discuss current issues.
