In April 29 2009 there took place the meeting with the organizers “Sail Training International” „The Tall Ships’ Races Baltic 2009“ at SE Klaipeda State Seaport Authority.

During the meeting the questions concerning the administration of the regatta, sail parade, finish line, communications and media, ships, quay infrastructure, customs, border crossing control, visa and other ones.
